RETURN POLICY
To Our Valued Clients:
1. The Threds representative managing your order should be notified of any changes, including artwork, products, colors, sizes, etc., after your initial order is placed.
2. Any changes made by the client after final approvals, including art, products, colors or sizes, may result in Threds needing to return items that have been ordered. If this occurs, the client will be subject to a restock fee of 20% of the original sell price of the returned items.
3. Please understand that any changes to the original order after final approvals, including art, products, colors or sizes, will result in a delay to the initial production or delivery date promised.
4. For rush orders (orders with expedited turnaround time of 7 business days or less), the customer must provide the necessary approvals (products, style, colors, sizes) in writing via email, at the time the order is placed, prior to art approval.
5. Color Variance Disclaimer: Due to the unique manufacturing & dying process of some garments, such as tie-dyed, garment dyed, marbled, mineral washed, acid washed, heathered, etc., please know there could be some color / shade variance between each item within an order.
