Primary Responsibilities:
• Serve as a representative of Threds to service existing customers
• Utilizing Threds creative resources and sourcing programs to bring the highest quality product to our customers.
• Develop new business and continue to develop current customer base
• Follow up on sales orders to make sure of on time delivery
• Responsible for timely delivery of goods and services to specification
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year experience in apparel / promotional products / premiums, or related transferable skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
• Customer centric and Internet savvy
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Able to work in a fast paced, closely integrated team in which customer delight, communication and flexibility are essential
